Intro to being a Recessionista 101: Le retour de "La Chemise Blanche"

La Chemise Blanche: *Parisien accent* Listen, I've realized lately that you've been very distant..Is something wrong? I feel like we're drifting apart, and I don't know why cherie.
Me: Look I'm sorry I have to do this to you, I feel bad but it's just that everytime I'm with you, I feel that were so formal...
La Chemise Blanche: What do you mean, mon amour? That I'm not easy going?
Me: I don't want this to sound harsh...but I'm starting to get bored. I want to change this relationship up a little bit. You know add some spice, but it has to be mutual. I can't always be the one who's making an effort!
La Chemise Blanche: ...I understand. But please don't give up. I'll do anything. I'll wash your dishes. I'll do your laundry. I'll iron your shirts!! I don't care which ones you were seeing behind my back...That sheer black one with the puffy sleeves who thinks she's all that; or the animal printed one  who drops it like it's hot. It's all in the past...I will never hold it against you.
Me: That's not the solution Blanche. It's not enough...*silence*
La Chemise Blanche: I have another solution...
Me: And what's that?
La Chemise Blanche: If you're bored with the way I look, I know a fabuleux Fabric Surgeon. Many people recommended him to me. And I'm willing to go under the needle for you mon amour...
Me: What do you have in mind?....

Me: *Whistles* ...You're lookin' good Blanche! ...I can't wait to put you on! This is the start of a new chapter for the both of us... now THAT's what i call a hot new look!
La Chemise Blanche: (While TLC's unpretty plays in the background)
Sorry to disappoint you...but that's not me in the photo...It's Sandro Cleo..It's over between us, you never liked me for who I was and you always tried to change me. I want to stay true to myself. Go find yourself another shirt!

Style highlight:
I'm loving this Sandro Cleo Panelled twist on the classic Chemise Blanche. It's easy to be a Fabric Surgeon and do this with any white button-up shirt! Just stitch in some thin Denim to the front, and black fabric on the shoulders, and voila, a great addition to a spring wardrobe!!!
